I have a pretty low heart rate (around 60 bpm) during the day, and my blood pressure is slightly below 120/80. However, when I lay down to go to bed, my heart starts racing and beating really hard. Needless to say, it keeps me awake for a while. I've tried Tylenol PM, but my body doesn't respond to the drugs in it. Alcohol keeps me wide awake after the buzz wears off. A warm (or hot) bath makes it even worse.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get my heart beating at a regular rate when I go to bed?

I should also mention that I don't have anxiety issues, so I'm not freaking out at bedtime or anything.
