I enjoy junk food even though it isnt good for me and sometimes you cant get me away from it- how can i stop my craving

can someone help me with a excersise and eating plan that can round itself around school and study and music and sport (i do cricket wednesday and tuesdsay afternoons)

and i would appreciate it if i didnt have to get up at 4am thank you
