I need to lose a lot of weight in a really short amount of time. I want to lose 50 pounds by january. It might be unrealistic but it has to happen. I am sixteen and live with my family, so I can't be super selective and buy special diet foods. I am a vegetarian and try to always eat whole grains. I am trying to stay away from dairy products. I love fruits and veggies. I have a weakness for candy and sweets, but Im trying really hard to avoid them. excersise is super hard for me. i try to do sit ups and push ups and stuff like that in my room sometimes but its hard for me to stay motivated to excercise. please help me out. any info is appriciated.
