I'd like to get my stomach area flatter and more toned in about a month and a half, because that's when school starts again. I don't really want to lose too much weight from other areas, but I am unhappy with with the extra fat I'm carrying in my belly. Everything I've tried before specifically targeted at my stomach has not worked, and the all-over diets I've tried mostly just take weight off of my limbs. Does anyone have any tips so I can lose my exra belly fat at the end of the summer?
