i want to lose weight really fast for summer. if i lose 5 lbs a week (which i am capable of) then im fine. i dont want answers like lose a limb or crack or not possible. and im not using pills and diet programs you have to pay for. im 13 and my parents will most likely say NO. i've used the weight watchers program but its soo hard to stay on. that i lost 5 lbs a week. i used it once and got great results, but then as time went by i gained it back. im 5'2 and weigh 155. ne where from 100 - 110 is fine. (by the way i didnt pay for the weight watchers some1 in my family did it n gave me there stuff to barrow n follow n weigh myself at home) i play lacrosse and do cheerleading in the summer. please help me!
