im a 17 yr old boy who currently weighs 219 pounds ive so far gone down from 258 pounds and my heights 5-8 to 5-9.im going on vacation around july 18th and i want to surprise everyone and not go back looking overweight like i always do.so does anyone know a good way i can drop 39 pounds in 2 and a half months.maybe the kind of exercises and the types of foods i should be eat.thanks alot.
