i need to lose 30 pounds in 3 months..im thinking i should do 50 jumping jacks, walk 3-4 miles a day or every other day..and the days im not doing that do some toning stuff using dumbbells..and not eat after 8pm, have tons of fruit and veggies, and drink 4 liters of water..hows this sound to everyone..if not suggest to me some workout/meal plans thx!
