I am 5'8" and 200 lbs. I want to weigh 175 like I did in high school and before I had a baby. I have a wedding to go to at the end of May and would like to loose the weight before then. I do not eat healthy and probably won't be able to because I love my junk food and have never been able to quit eating it. Trust me I have tried many many times. I'm looking for some exercises that will help me drop the weight quickly.
