I am 5 feet 7 inches.
Age 18. I started dieting and exercising 4 weeks ago. I've lost 10 pounds.
I've been eating 1,200 - 1,700 calories a day. Lot's of whole wheat toast, eggs, kidney beans, oatmeal, salad, fruits and veggies, fish, etc. Very healthy. I also exercise 4-5 days a week. I do elletpical, stairmaster, pilates classes, turbo kick boxing classes, weights... Lot's of stuff.

I feel pretty good about it, but i just want to kick it up a few notches. Are there any tips or things i can do with my diet/exercise routine just to make it a bit more efficient?
