I am a petite 20 year old girl. I wear probably around 120lbs? But I definitely do not have a six pack. My stomach is anything but flat and that bugs me. My clothes trick people into thinking I am thinner than I am but really I'm not. I always eat out which is bad, never exercise (although I'm trying to do crunches every night), and basically stuff my face all the time. I have the heart of a glutton.

What are some tricks to get me on the right track and away from fatty foods, sugars, and oils?
