I quit my job around Sept. At this time I would stay up well into the night finally nodding off around 3 or 4 in the morning. Well now I've found a part time job (A month and a half later) I usually work a 6 to 12am. Now my problem is since my body as gotten used to staying up when it wants I can't sleep, and when I finally do fall asleep it's 6 or 7 in the morning and I usually end up sleeping the day away only to get up at around 4 to get ready to go to work. It seems that I become really restless and can't really sleep at night. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get my body to reverse its self and go back to being awake during the day and go to sleep at night?
