I want to start working out regularly, and get in better shape, but I have absolutely no exercise equipment. There's not really any opportunity for me to play sports and get exercise that way. What I'm looking for is somehting I can do without anythign else. Like pushups, situps, whatever. Stuff like that. I've never really worked out before, so I don't know how long or how often I should do what. I fyou can tell me what I should do, I will be grateful.
