i really want a flat stomach and thinner thighs. my somach is bigger at the bottom, like arond my belly button, and when i sit, if i don't suck it in, it bulges over my waistline on my pants. i want it flat. and i try crunches and everything. and i do wall sits, for my thighs. is there anything else i can try? i wanna look good by thanksgiving, or at least by christmas. thanks.
