i used to have a 12 pac now im at a keg ........ when i sit down you cane see that "from me point of view" you can see where the muscle used to be now 4 rolls on the right and 3 on the left.... if i start working out will it even out? i mean go bck to being even ab wise? and if so what can i do ? if you dont understan i can sen you pictures ... only if you want to help!!!!!!!!!
