I'm 6' 145-155 lbs... I have skinny arms and upper body and always have been that way. I don't think I've gained a pound since I was like 18 I've tried to eat more and gain weight and lift weights etc. I just don't have much of a say in what to eat because I live at home at the moment and don't shop for groceries. Thrifty single mom doesn't buy stuff that I can gain weight eating. How have you gained weight??? I need the easiest way possible. I don't have a huge appetite, and I have a uber high metabolism thanks to my dad's genes lol. Anyone have a surefire way I could gain weight??? Not like super fast or anything unsafe... Maybe I just have to weight till I get old enough for my metabolism to slow down(I'm 24 now)... and gain fat and turn it into muscle. Do you know how hard it is to create muscle out of nothing?? It's ridiculous. Anyways any suggestions would be great!!!
