Im 18 6'2 133 lbs. I was 150 but My jobs and stuff I have no time to eat. I work at 4 p.m until 2.am sleep until 2.pm and I dont eat until like 8 .pm I know thats bad and probably while I'm losing weight well my bosy has gotten so used to this that I dont have an appatite until around 8 and I eat alot I mean alot at that time until the next day at 8 and I know thats not good. SO I got a new job now and Im getting back on scheduale. Waking up at 10 a.m going to sleep at 11. pm and eating around 12 p.m. But I'm asking what foods should I eat. Right now I'm eating a spoon full of peanut butter but it's making me sick so would peanut butter and jelly be as good? Also I'm very cut and I work out when I have a chance(pushups,bench,dumbells,) all in my basement, so basically I'm asking what can I do to gain weight and maintain my body? I know I have to eat alot of protein(steak,pasta, etc.) and does drinkning nmilk help you. I drink 2% it has 8g of protein. Thanks
