How can I deal with my period to not leak onto my pants?

Every time I have my period, I have it leaking through my pants. I have a heavy flow, so I need some advice. I don't want to have to use tampons!

i would say you change you pad or tampon sooner or maybe try a new brand of pads or tampons i suggest always or kotex

i personally think tampons are the better of the two, but try buying thick pads and changing often

You will just have to change the pad more often, get a pad for heavy periods.

Wear dark pants... wear a pad and use a tampon... you cna get pads with wings.. I've seen the ad on TV... it almost burnt out my eyes.. but meah.. I'm tough, and I can take it.
