I need to change my routine a little since it is too easy for the body to do the same routine over & over.

Here it is:

-Run for 30 minutes on the treadmill with 3.5 incline at 3.5 speed
-Jump rope exercises; 400 jumps total in different styles
-5 sets of 20 bicycles (ab work out)
-5 sets of 20 crunches

-4 sets of 15 other ab work outs, not sure what it's called, but you start with your legs in the air then lower them then bring them back up.
