Hi there, I'm an 18 year old martial artist and weight lifter. I was wondering if there are any very effective ways of building disproportionately large lats, similar to Bruce Lee. I'm 6'3, 160lbs, less than 3% body fat, and very muscular. lol I've earned the nickname "black bruce lee" at the gym I go to.
Right now I'm just starting to work on lats, so I do these...
- 120lb wide grip pull-down, 6 sets of 10
- Wide grip chin-ups, 5 sets of 12
- Bent over rows, 90lb dumbbells, 3 sets of 15
Anything else I should do?
