How can I boost my energy levels at this time of the year?

I suffer with bouts of extreme tiredness at this time of the year, I suffer with a few health problems but most of the time cope pretty well, but this time of the year I feel like all my energy is drained, I've just had three horrendous days where I've felt physically ill and mentally very drained as well, thankfully its gone away now so I'm making the most of having good days again, also this year I don't seem to be feeling it as bad as I normally do, which is great for me but I'd like to know what I can do to stop it happening altogether. I do relaxation and meditation which helps but does anyone know any tricks to keep my energy good at this time of the year especially?

I guess sleeping more is the obvious answer, but other than that maybe try taking ginseng vitamins to boost your energy, as well a vitamin c. Have you ever been tested for mono? or low blood? You may want to get some blood tests done just in case.

Put some sunscreen on and jump on a sunbed for 3 minutes a couple of days a week..... If you wear sunscreen it will protect you from the downside of sunbeds, but you do need Vitamin-D... it will boost your energy levels.

Also, take vitamin supplements and exercise.
