Diabetes is genetic on my family and I have a problem that I really prefer sweet foods over savoury. That's just my way, but what's a way to eat yourself to diabetes (So i can avoid eating that way!) Everyone who was diabetic in my family is long gone (of other causes), but it still lies in the genes. The oldest person in my family is 50 and doesnt have it, and another was 60 but died last year of a brain tumor but was not diabetic... if that helps... But remember the initial question, how badly do I have to be eating to get diabetes?
