I've been having trouble sleeping lately, my heart rate is racing all the time, and over the past 2 months, each time I've been to the doctor my bp has been 120/104, 128/108, and 124/102. My systolic usually stays the same, but my diastolic has NEVER been that high. I'm very stressed out; this is my first semster of law school, and I feel extremely overwhelmed. In addition, I keep trying to re-calculate how I'm going to pay off my student loans with the meager salary I'll have upon graduation. I'm afraid I'm going to have a stroke or something along those lines if my blood pressure is dangerous. Do I need to see a doctor pretty soon? Or just learn some better stress management techniques (if this is not urgent)?
