doctors hes says ive? got high blood pressure and is runing some blood tests. is it stress and more serious? I dont think im that stressed i do get it sumtimes but not enough to give me high blood pressure surely ? any ideas?

Get a sleep test done. Everything you mention sounds exactly like sleep apnea. Do you snore at night? If so, run, don't walk to the doctor. Its not going to get any better without treatment.
