    hey i'd like to lose 2 pounds a week. How much exercise should i be doing a week...

    ...to lose this? i'm eating healthy to.

    No stupid answer please and i'm not fat i just want to lose some weight.

    walk at least 1 mile a day. either on a treadmill or around the block
