...the last three years but i think i hit? a pleateau. I am athlete who plays rugby in college. I want to kind fo go into bodybuilding though with regards to my sport. I wieght lift vigorously 5-6 times a week and do about 30-45 minutes of cardio after I lift each and every day I lift. I hit almost every body part when I do this. originally was a fat tub in high school. I was a whopping 225 my freshman year of mostly fat. my football coach got me into lifting and I have loved it ever since. Now I am lying between 160-165 lbs at 5'8. I think I am definatly too skinn but have a decenlty musclar build. i am looking for some advice regards to my workout routine, eating habits (number of calories etc.) I am looking to primarily pack on serious muscle mass! I want to shoot up in a weight class lol! please help
