    help! THIS IS URGENT!?

    My nose just started hurting really bad. I felt the spot and it had a lump. What is it? It hurts so bad Im crying. please help!!

    Its on the inside of my nostril. Not deep in though.

    Sounds like a pimple on the inside of the nose,yes they hurt big time!
