okay, well i am 14 years old and i weight 76kilograms and am 166cm tall. I am overweihgt and want to do something about it. Everytime i try and do healthy eating, i always end up eating junkfood. I can't even last a day. It's becoming a real problem and i want to do something about it. I just can't stop eating junk food and everytime that i decide not to go on a diet, just to eat healthy I always eat the junk. PLEASE help me. I really need some advice and ideas....
