I have had insomnia for 4 years now. Even if I exercise to the extent of being exausted I still cannot sleep at night. I usually stay up until about 4am then fall asleep. Then I have to get up at 8am or 9am, depending on when I work it may be earlier.

I need some tips or advise on helping my body relax. My muscles are extremely tense even if I streatch. It also causes headaches everyday.

I only sleep if I take sleep aids but would like something more natural. Also for the muscle stiffness is there a remedy for that too? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
