Firstly, I'll let you know I am a 16 yr old girl, and I'm a vegetarian.
So basicly, I am always tired, i feel like i have no energy. Like today, I was going to help mum do the food shopping this morning at 9am. So, I got up at 8, and made sure i had a slice of tast, a cerial bar and a packet of crisps. (And a glass of water ) Surely that should be enough to keep me going for an hour? But, when i was coming back from shopping at 10am, I felt like i needed to pass out.
I thought maybe i was anemic, so i went to the doctors, and they said i wasnt.
Do you think i am missing out on any vitamins or protein or anything that is making me feel this bad?

I feel like i cant go anywhere anymore, cus i just need to sit down all the time....its really getting me down.
Any advice would be great!
