Thread: Help please! Is it still possible!?

I had unprotected sex 2 weeks ago, we stopped long long lonngg before he came, so he didnt come in me.
I have just got my period, it started light, with bright/pink red, then became heavy with bright/dark red for 2 days with one clot. Now it went to bright red light then to brown and I think I have finished. (All in all, 4 and a bit days, normal for me)

I have bad lower back ache, usually get worse at night, and sometimes cramps in my abdomen.
My breasts are a tiny bit sore, not a lot, sometimes they are sometimes they arn't.
No sensitivity to smells.
No throwing up. (ALthough I have slight nausea, but this maybe be because I am worrying a lot)

I am only tired because I am not sleeping well or long enough.

I am really worried, I am not ready for pregnancy, and YES i should of been more intelligent to use PROTECTION! But whats done is done and I need some help and advice. Thank you in advance.

Get yourself a pregnancy test first and foremost. There's no sense is getting yourself all worked up until you know what's going on. "First response" in my experience works sooner than most and can detect even the smallest amount of pregnancy hormone. No matter what the result is you need to make an appt with a gyno to discuss birth control or your option depending on the outcome of the test. Try not to stress until you know more.
