    Help please...sore quads?

    I do track and field and both of my quads are really sore from practice...like can't even walk downstairs or squat type of sore..if anyone knows what I mean. how do I fix this? I've tried icing and heat but I don't know which is better or what else to do. thanks!

    If you are hurting, stop exercising. Muscles were not meant to be destroyed!!!Only toned!

    what you need to do, is stretch...if you like sit in front of the TV and watch your favorite TV show, as you stretch. In my experience stretching helps the most, also taking ice baths, really helps your muscles.
