i weigh 190 and im 14. lets say i rode my bike for one hour and ten minutes each day at a speed of eleven miles per hour. ill end up burning about 600 calories each time i bike, so, is this a good weight plan for a desperate young boy, like me? oh ya and ill only eat two times a day which will only be cerial, the heart helthy ones, you know, ya so .. oh yeah and dont respond about how this is a messed up plan and its not healthy and crap cuz i know already. i just wanna know will i get noticable results in two months if i keep at it. and yes, i already know that i can gain it back real quick. i know... thank yous
