Im 17 weight used to weight 270. Now weight 158 but gained a pound now 159 wtf is going on gained it in a week?... because i stopped working out i also stick to a 1000 calories a day. Is it because i eat ice cream once a week like 5 scoops and also ate pizza 1 time?

I doubt eating 5 scoops of ice cream and a pizza will automatically cause you to gain weight. However, suddenly stop working out will slowly have an effect. Try think about what you eat (Am I really that hungry? Do I need this sugar? ect.) If you really want to lose weight fast then begin working out again, and keep in mind muscle weighs more than fat.

.......its probably because you stopped working out and because of the ice cream and pizza, yes.
