k what types of excersises should i do to try and get rdy for summer

perferably mostly work on chest and abs....
but i can define my calves a lil more (but i know how to work them)

i plan on doing benchpress, crunches, backwards crunches, leglifts, and some dumbell workouts here is a pic. so plz tell me what u think i should work on and ill probably concentrate mostly on it.

all i have to work with is


1. bench press
2. can do squats with it
3. some dumbells
4. jump rope
