my plan is to lose 40 pounds as quickly as possible, now i know quick isnt the best but i would like to complete this goal by march if so earlier i am only 15. Right now i wiegh 155 and am 4"11, yeah i know its bad.

i would like any diet plans, or if anyone knows the best ways to lose this wieght.. i also have Wu Yi Tea if anyones ever heard of that. i just really need some help please!
