okay, im 15, i'm 6'1" and a half, and i weigh 270 pounds... i would really like to loose about 70 pounds.... buttt i need some tips on good exercises i can do without having to buy a machine or dvd's, cuz i got no money.. lolness and i need some tips on things i should eat... and blablabla... i also have a problem with keeping on track and sticking to my diet plans, tips on how to keep on track would be nice too please and thank u! ^.^
