HELP! I think my child become terribly ILL!?

Last week I had to go on a business trip for a meeting about merging with another company. I left my son with my cousin who lives down the lane..She was walking him one day and he got off the leash some how, and he ran away.. My cousin spent hours looking for him, She finally found him sitting on her doorstep waiting to be let inside. She said that he reeked of fish and his fur was all wet. She gave him a nice bath. I was home 2 days after it happened, He appeared to be fine until the other day I started noticing he is very tired alot. He doesn't want to play fetch anymore and doesn't want to eat out of his food bowl. I'm too poor to take him to the doctors, isn't obama supposed to be fixing healthcare? Oh well..

Fur?, he got off the leash? you consider your dog to be worthy of human healthcare? or you consider your child an animal? which is it?
