Help ! I need a quick leg injury so that I won't have to try out for cross

country, what should i do? i am real good at cc, and my coach was real mad when i told him i wasn't going to do track, and no cc tryouts are a month away and i can't bear to tell him that i don't want to do cc, it's just not for me anymore, but i'm good and my coach doesn't want me to quit

help me thinking of a way to injure myself, (HAHA) but not anything too bad, just something to keep me from running for about two months
