I have made a total lifestyle change and have totally changed my eating habits drastically. I have been going to the gym 5 to 6 times per week, doing cardio for 30-60 mins as well as strength training. I have just started a running program and am in the run/walk phase of 2+ miles daily. Problem is I am not losing any weight (or very little). I HAVE to lose about 50 lbs and cannot think of anything else to help. Any suggestions? Thank you.
