Hi im 17 and 5'9 and weight 156 im trying to get to 145 by august and i also lots of high protein foods.

1.How much calories should i consume a day?

2. I eat 150g protein a day (im trying to get muscle) is this good?

3. I also workout and burn 400 cals a day and weight lift 30 mins is this good?

4. I used to weight 270lbs last year and i em now at 156 have extra skin very little not alot!... what can i do?
