whenever i get nervous or stressed or angry, i find that i grit my teeth together, sometimes really hard.
i'm pretty sure it's causing damage to my teeth.

I know people are just going to say "go see a dentist" and i plan on doing that, but i was just wondering if there are any little things i can do to prevent this habit? anything i can chew on? is chewing gum a good alternative?
