I am 5'3 1/2 almost 19 years old and 90 lbs. i have been anorexic for about a year but for the past 8 months have only consumed between 100-400 calories AT MOST a day (fat free, no sugar, no carbs, no protein etc type of foods). i am trying to get better but i have no medical coverage and cant get help that way and i have no idea how to do this sensibly. my boyfriend thinks i should just eat whatever but i know i should probably have a plan or something. i just dont even know what i should eat that would help me gain weight but weight in the form of muscle, not fat. i dont get A TON of exercise anymore but i at least walk for 30 mins a day and sometimes do weight training. im afraid of gaining weight but i just want to gain it back as muscle if anything so i really need help. i dont know how many calories i would need on days when i exercise vs. days that i dont or if it even matters. PLEASE HELP!
