    Heat sensitive? Sweating?

I'm a typically average weight person. I shower daily [I love my showers] but I tend to sweat a lot. I walk home and its only about a half an hour back, but by the time i get home I just feel so disgusting! It was only 68 degrees out today and I came home feeling terrible I had to take a shower right away. Whats wrong ??

Has anyone in your family ever been diagnosed with a thyroid problem? Sensitivity to heat and increased sweating could indicate hyperthyroidism. Your health care provider can do a simple blood test to determine whether or not you have a a thyroid issue. Or, it could just be a lack of physical training.
