where my food choices today healthy?
Summer is coming up and I need to lose a few pounds.......

Breakfast (10:00am) Home made banana smoothie with milk, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Lunch (11:30am) 1 hard boiled egg with honey mustard on the side.

afternoon snack (2:00) butter, Havarti cheese, tomato, pickles and a dash of pepper on whole wheat bread.

snacks throughout the day (3:00-4:30pm) 1 Kiwi, bowl of sliced pears,a small cup of peach yogurt,and about 6 old dutch potato chips.


Dinner (6:30pm) home made beef stew with steak chunks, broccoli, carrots, onions and sort of round looking rice.

All throughout the day I drank water, which is what I always drink since you can't go wrong with water. I'm planning to keep this routine up everyday. I feel like I ate healthy because I feel energized and I feel good.
