Eggs only have 70 calories and 1 carb so could i eat 6 eggs perday, 2 per meal and with every meal a half can of some green vegetable? I am not the kind of girl who gets tired of certain foods especially if i am headed for something! This all should add up to about 1000 calories. I am 13 and weigh 155 and i am headed for about 55- 45 pounds down.
plz tell me if this is a good diet!?!
With about an hour of exersize of course.
