1 cherry nutrigrain bar
1 fat free vanilla yogurt (small, 50 calories) w/ walnuts
1 cherry nutrigrain bar
1 slice pepper and onion pizza
1 vanilla cupcake w/ vanilla frosting
i do make a conscious effort to eat well, but sometimes i worry that i don't eat enough. i just want to be at a healthy balance, and i don't want to have to worry about what i'm eating all day.
i'm a 5'5.5" female, about 106 pounds.
is this a healthy diet? should i add more calories? i just don't want to undereat or be anorexic, b/c i know the effects. okay thanks.
also, i don't really exercise. thx.
