Hi am revan am 25. am working in Nighshift from 6pm to 4am . i will sleep at 5am and get up at 12pm. the preoblem is. due to night shift i am not able Have food properly and not getting time to work out because I got up after noon. I have been working from past one year I gained weight about 12 to 14 Kg .. please me how to reduce the weight ans stay fit. Am 5.8 and my weight is 80 kg help me out
