I am 14 and I have football practice every night for two hours... I was hovering around 140 two weeks into practice. I started to eat six meals a day on Monday... a solid non sugary breakfast, lunch, smoothie after school, diner, vitamin C supplement, FOOT BALL PRACTICE 7.30-9.30 p.m. then at 10.00 at night right b4 bed I have protein supplements. I just weighed myself for the first time since I started eating 6 meals a day diet deal and am at 129. 11 pounds under in just five days. Now I would be okay with that, but when I got up in the morning i was 140. After school when I weighed myself I was 129. I thought you were supposed to be less in the 3 o'clock range?
