hey guy! just need some help here. its simple. thanks. i need to know. this is an important survey. can u do 6 sets of 20 diamond pushups? with less than 1 minute break between sets. for those who have no idea what diamond pushup is, its a version of close grip pushups where u get your hands close together and u use your fingers to form a diamond/triangle shape. then u do pushups this way. make sure u go down till your chest hits your fingers and go up all the way. 6 sets of 20 diamond pushups with less than 1 minute break between sets. can u do it? is it for beginners or for advanced? and what do u think of it?
