Today i had a complete binge and i want to know how much weight i'll put on
i ate:
breakfast: porridge with 180mls semi skimmed milk, a satsuma and an alpen bar
Lunch: an apple, another satsuma, a slice of greasy pizza and a slice of carrot cake.
Dinner:chicken tikka massala curry with rice and naan, 2 chunks of dairy milk and 2 ginger biscuits

Snacks: strawberries, 2 cups of milky tea and a coffee
how bad is that?
